Truck spills cargo on ramp to I-76
A flatbed truck spilled its cargo of paving materials along the ramp at around 6:30 a.m.

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Mahoning County, Ohio - Crews spent Tuesday morning trying to reopen the ramp from Bailey Road to westbound Interstate 76.
A flatbed truck spilled its cargo of paving materials along the ramp at around 6:30 a.m.
The cleanup was still going on after 10 a.m. Troopers said they expected the ramp to open soon.
