Canfield celebrates "Together Again" with Fourth of July parade

The Canfield parade is back and with a theme that's fitting after a pandemic; Together Again!
Hundreds of people in the Valley showed up to witness or be a part of the celebration, including Mayor of Cincinnati, John Cranley.
"It's good to be vaccinated, it's good to be out, it's good to celebrate freedom," said Cranley. "It's back to normal and better than ever," he said.
Some people showed up in cosplay to march in the parade and express their excitement for the event.
"I think this is a great expression of charity and fun," said Tom Molocea of Angels for Animals. "And everybody's dressed up ready to go, we've got Skeletor, He-Man, Hordak," he said.
Pipe bands and other musical groups marched strong, playing instruments and twirling flags. While some people cruised down the line.
"I just love to go to parades, it's really fun," said Gisella Angiuli of Canfield.
"Just nice to be back and have some normalcy it's always one of our favorite events," said Melanie Angiuli of Canfield. "We're just glad to be here today," she said.
With so many in attendance, it was like we picked up right back where we left off, pre-pandemic.
