Niles police responded to a one-car crash Sunday morning.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. on Niles Vienna Road right off Route 422.

Police say the driver started swerving and over-corrected, sending him off the road.

Driving under the influence is suspected to be a factor in the crash.

The driver was not injured but was later taken to the police station.
