Mesopotamia Fire Department to hold vaccine clinic Wednesday

MESOPOTAMIA TWP., Ohio - The Mesoptamia Fire Department is collaborating with the Trumbull County Combined Health District (TCCHD) to help get Trumbull County residents vaccinated against COVID-19.
A walk-in clinic will be held on Wednesday, July 28th at the Mesopotamia Fire Station. Hours are from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Individuals will have the choice between all three available vaccines: Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson.
Those between the ages of 12 and 18 are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine. Moderna and Johnson & Johnson are approved for individuals 18 years and older.
Mesopotamia Fire Station is located at 8800 State Route 534 in Middlefield.
The TCCHD suggests that those interested speed up their check-in process by clicking here to download, print, and complete a COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record. They ask individuals to bring the completed form with them to the vaccine clinic, as well as a driver's license or other form of identification.
As of Thursday, Trumbull County's vaccination rate remains below 45%.
