Mayor William D. Franklin and the City of Warren are holding a Town Hall meeting to discuss the city's 28 million dollar ARP local recovery fund allocation.

WARREN, Ohio - Mayor William D. Franklin and the City of Warren are holding a Town Hall meeting to discuss the city's 28 million dollar ARP local recovery fund distribution.
On Tuesday, September 21, the meeting will take place at 5:30p.m. at Willard School to discuss eligible uses and priorities for the 28 million dollar allocation with Warren residents and businesses.
The fund was given to the city by the federal government, and the meeting is going to decide how the residents and businesses of the City of Warren will discuss how the city will manage the money from the fund.
