Warren police identify at least one smash and grab suspect

Warren police have identified at least one of the suspects wanted in a string of smash and grab break-in's earlier this month.
One of at least two men wanted in the November 13 break-in at Advanced Custom Sound and the attempted break-in at Do Cut on Youngstown Road is Martin E. Warren Jr., 45, originally of Masury.
Police believe Warren Jr. has not lived at his last known address for quite some time.
"We were able to identify him through video from Advanced Customs, from Do Cut, from The Elms and also good police work by our patrolmen," Detective Frank Tempesta said, with Warren Police.
Warren Jr. is wanted on a charge of breaking and entering, a felony of the fifth degree.
"Another suspect was seen in the vehicle in both incidents in the city of Warren, we have yet to identify that suspect," Tempesta explained. "We are asking for the public's help in this matter."
Detective Tempesta believes there could be more victims. He says they spotted Warren Jr. and others hauling other items into the Elms apartments in Warren at around 9 p.m. the same day of the break-in at Advanced Custom Sound.
It's believed the same suspects are linked to incidents across Trumbull and Mahoning counties.
