AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - The Austintown Senior Center (112 Westchester Dr. Austintown) will be conducting a COVID-19 vaccination and booster shot clinic on Friday, Dec. 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

Pfizer primary doses and Moderna booster doses will be offered at this clinic.

The Pfizer primary dose is offered on a weekly basis. Appointments can be made by calling 330-270-2855 and selecting option 3. The primary dose of the Pfizer vaccine has been approved for usage on individuals aged five years old and over.

Moderna booster doses will also be offered at this clinic. Appointments can be made through Mahoning County Public Health's scheduling system, ArmorVax which can be found here. Alternatively, you can call 330-270-2855 extension 185 for assistance.

All booster doses have been approved for usage on individuals aged 18 years old and over who completed their primary series of Pfizer and Moderna at least six months ago or their primary dose of Johnson & Johnson at least two months ago.

Booster recipients are required to bring a copy of their vaccine card and a photo identification. 

The clinic will be closed for lunch between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
