CANFIELD, Ohio - Farmers National Bank has announced on Wednesday that it has completed its technical conversion with Cortland Bancorp Inc. meaning Cortland Bank branches are now offices of Farmers National Bank.

The conversion allows Cortland customers the ability to access Farmers' robust platform of digital banking options, along with its experienced wealth management division consisting of private banking, trust, retirement, insurance and investment services.

Farmers CEO and President, Kevin Helmick welcomes all Cortland Bank customers and staff to Farmers.

"We look forward to offering our modern and comprehensive financial services to our new customers and growing our local relationships," Helmick said.

Cortland Bank exterior signage is already in the process of being changed to Farmers National Bank signage. 

Farmers National Bank is headquartered in Canfield and operates 48 locations in multiple counties in Ohio including Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana, as well as Beaver County in Pennsylvania
