Van flipped on side, guy wire damaged after t-bone crash in Brookfield Township
BROOKFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio - A t-bone crash near Warner Road and Warren Sharon Road in Brookfield Township has resulted in a van being flipped on its side according to Trumbull County Dispatch.
The accident occurred just after 10:00 a.m. between a cargo van and a dump truck, which was carrying a trailer. The accident occurred when one vehicle attempted to turn in front of the other.
According to a Facebook post from the Vienna Fire Department, four patients were evaluated on scene with one being taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
In addition, according to Trumbull dispatch, OhioEdison was called to the scene as a pole was involved in the accident. Dispatch says there was no damage to the pole, but the guy wires have been broken and will need to be serviced.
The crash is under investigation by Trumbull County OSP.
