VALLEY COVID-19 UPDATE: Cases per 100k significantly rise in all three counties

Mahoning Valley - COVID-19 cases in the Mahoning Valley are continuing to increase this week with all three counties seeing increases in cases per 100K.
This week, Columbiana County has seen a significant jump with 162 cases (159.0 per 100K), Mahoning County jumped to 341 cases (149.1 per 100K) and Trumbull jumped to 255 cases (128.8 per 100K).
This is a significant increase from last week's numbers with Mahoning County's numbers in particular jumping by over 100 cases. Last week, Mahoning County saw 234 recorded cases (102.3 per 100K).
Despite the significant increase, however, the CDC's community level tracker still lists all three counties in the Mahoning Valley, as well as both Shenango Valley counties as low.
