Cocaine count added to charges against Columbiana County fatal hit-and-run suspect

LISBON, Ohio - A grand jury in Columbiana County had added a felony drug charge to the indictment against a Salineville man accused of a hit and run resulting in the death of a 13-year-old bicyclist.
A new indictment handed up this week adds a cocaine possession charge to an earlier indictment that charged 65-year-old Donald White with two counts of failure to stop after an accident and one count of aggravated vehicular homicide.
Authorities say White was driving a pickup truck that struck-and-killed Aidan Wollman as the 13-year-old was riding a bicycle along Route 164 in Fairfield Township on October 23.
The new indictment alleges that White possessed cocaine one day after the fatal crash.
21 News found that White has a driving record that indicates violations ranging from not having insurance to driving with a suspended license to another hit-skip.
The violations resulted in 26 license suspensions.
Another court hearing in the case is scheduled for June 27.
