YOUNGSTOWN - A broken water line shut down part of an intersection along Youngstown's South Side on Monday.
West Midlothian Boulevard at Glenwood Avenue became flooded late Monday morning.
A crew from the Youngstown Water Department closed the area to traffic while workers made repairs.
