WARREN, Ohio - Police document a one man crime wave over 24 hours in one city, and three townships in Trumbull County.

July 3rd, 2022 around 6 A.M. a woman on Perkins Jones Road in Warren tells police that 19-year-old John Webb, her brother's friend, broke into her home
stole her keys, took her purse, her id and credit cards, then stole her Chevy Malibu after he was asked to leave a campfire gathering.

Webb is also facing two counts of Aggravated Menacing out of Brookfield.

Just four hours later at around 11:00 a.m. a woman who lives on Sulgrave Drive tells Brookfield Police when she didn't answer her door, Webb threatened to burn her house to the ground.

Minutes later another call was made to police by a man who says Webb threatened to kill him when he refused to let him in his East Park Drive home.

Out of Bristolville Webb faces criminal charges of Felonious Assault, Criminal Damaging, and for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle.

At around 2:20 p.m. witnesses at Paradise Campground called police saying a car was driving at a high rate of speed, driving through fences throughout the campgrounds.

A security guard, who is an off duty deputy in another county, and his brother were worried about the safety and lives of kids and parents at the busy  campgrounds and tried talking with Webb and tried taking the car keys.

The security guard who was injured identified Webb as the man who  put the car in reverse ramming him into a golf cart.

Webb was arrested in Cortland by Trumbull Sheriff's Deputies in and charged with being a Fugitive from Justice, and Receiving Stolen Property.

At the campgrounds, people told police that Webb didn't appear to understand them and just continued to stare.

After a mental health evaluation he is scheduled for video arraignment in Newton Falls Court Thursday.

Another man who claimed Webb threatened him also wants a criminal charge filed against the 19 year old man.
