Linsley back in town & excited for year two with Chargers

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Corey Linsley is back in the area visiting family and friends as he prepares for his second season with the Los Angeles Chargers.
"It's always great to be back in Youngstown," said Linsley.
He heads back to the west coast for training camp later this month.
"It was disappointing we didn't get to the playoffs but we made a lot of moves in the offseason," said Linsley.
Now in his ninth NFL season, Linsley knows he's been fortunate. "I've been lucky and worked hard to put myself in position to succeed but been very fortunate that I've stayed healthy."
The Boardman graduate admits techniques he was taught in high school are still used today.
"DJ Ogilvie was my high school school and we we're just joking. Half of the reason I'm successful is the technique thing."
Linsley says the way things worked out it was like he was practicing for the NFL while in a Spartan uniform.
