Warren man accused of trespassing in woman's car, groping her breast
A Warren man is in jail after allegedly trespassing into a woman's car and sexually harassing her.
Police were dispatched to Walgreens on West Market Street in reference to a suspect, later identified as 47-year-old Earl Freeman who was allegedly sexually harassing a female victim in her car and refusing to leave.
Upon arrival, police located Freeman. Police say they had already spoken with Freeman the previous day regarding trespassing. Police took him into custody without incident.
Police then spoke with the female victim who told them that Freeman had groped her breast without her consent and entered her car without consent attempting to use her phone.
Freeman told police that the female victim told him that she used to do pornography and was currently in an open relationship and gave him her number. The female victim told police that she did give Freeman her phone number.
The female victim went on to tell police Freeman told her he thought she was nice and he wanted to give her something. Police say this was a crumpled piece of paper with two meth rocks inside.
Police took the meth rocks to be destroyed due to being unable to prove ownership.
Freeman is currently charged with two counts of Criminal Tresspassing.
