WARREN, Ohio - The suspect accused of torching a Warren home in June has been indicted in the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas on Thursday.

Thirty-two-year-old Allen Grossbeck was indicted on one count of Aggravated Arson. According to the indictment, Grossbeck entered a not guilty plea on July 20.

Investigators say they believe Grossbeck set fire to a home on the 400 Block of Austin Avenue on the morning of June 26.

Firefighters say the no one was injured, as the home was vacant, but flames were coming from two sides of the home. 

Grossbeck is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday, September 20 at 1:30 p.m. in the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas.
