Since the start of the pandemic car dealerships struggled with keeping cars in stock, but after a rough few years many dealerships are noticing an uptick in inventory. 

In 2021 microchip issues made it nearly impossible to keep cars on the lot, but Greenwood Chevrolet in Austintown and other area dealers are says their ability to get in new vehicles has vastly improved.

President of Greenwood of Chevrolet, Greg Greenwood, says this is a good time to buy your dream car without long wit times as many new models of SUV's and trucks are now in the showroom. 

Greenwood says their newest models are purchased quickly by customers, so they are continuing to provide the finest and  

For Shenango Honda in Hermitage, Jess Briganti, market director says although they have new models on their floors, buyers are visiting their virtual showroom to shop their newest inventory. 

"You might not see the inventory on the lot, but it doesn't mean that they're not coming in. It means we're selling them. So as soon as those cars do get here, we have a customer ready to get into it," Briganti said. 

Dealerships like Donnell Ford, Boardman Nissan and Sweeney Chevrolet say they also have more selections for buyers to choose from than before.
