Investigators are looking for the cause of a fire that sent smoke through an apartment in Campbell late Monday.

Fire crews were sent out after 11 p.m. to extinguish a blaze inside a home in the Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Association on the 100 block of Jean Street.

According to firefighters, flames started in the living room.

No one was injured, but we're told the woman who lived there did not have renter's insurance and the entire apartment will need to be rehabilitated due to heavy smoke damage.

Police arrested a man, identified as 33-year-old Nelson Cruz, who they say kept walking into the scene. He's charged with "misconduct at an emergency."

According to a police report, Cruz was told numerous times to stay away from emergency personnel. Police say Cruz complied at first, but eventually came back causing police to arrest him.
