Security officer stabbed by his brother at Neshannock Twp. Social Security Office

The Neshannock Police Department is investigating a stabbing at the Social Security Office on W. Washington Street.
The incident happened Wednesday around 12:38 p.m. and involved two men.
According to the release, the security officer was the victim of an attack by his brother.
A witness said the two men walked into the office and began shouting at each other before the altercation became physical.
"He turned and I saw all the blood coming out of the side of his face. Here, something was sticking out of his forehead and it was a small, slim knife," Jerry Knight, a witness to the altercation said.
Knight called 911 from an office nearby and EMTs helped the victim at the scene.
The victim was taken to the hospital for head wounds.
Police say the suspect, 56-year-old Glenn Samuels, Jr. was taken into custody in the plaza.
Samuels was arraigned on three counts of aggravated assault and booked into the Lawrence County Jail on $300,000 bond.
