No Bake Peanut Butter Granola Bars

No Bake Peanut Butter Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats (not instant)
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup quinoa
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy preferred)
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ cup dried cherries
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line baking dish (8x8 preferred) or tin with parchment paper greased with a dash of cooking spray to prevent granola mix from sticking
- Combine oats, chia seeds in quinoa in large bowl
- Mix peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar over medium heat until the ingredients are combined and in more liquid form that would be easy to pour
- Pour peanut butter mix over dry ingredients in bowl. Combine until evenly coated.
- Mix in dried cherries
- Let mix cool before adding in chocolate chips so chips do not melt
- Press mixture into prepared dish/tin
- Refrigerate to set
- Cut and serve
