An Austintown man who was arrested after an August stabbing of a man in his leg outside of a dental facility has been indicted on three felony charges and one misdemeanor charge by a Mahoning County Grand Jury.

Jawwaad Pusey of Austintown was arrested after a police chase from the 5600 block of Mahoning Avenue that ended in Youngstown on August 11.

Pusey has been indicted on charges of felonious assault, aggravated assault, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, and aggravated menacing. 

No court date has been set for the suspect.
