Chalker High School held their "orange" volleyball game benefit to raise money for one of their own.

The community came together during Tuesday night's game against Lowellville to support two-year old Oliver King who is battling a rare kidney cancer.

"Ollie" is the grandson of long-time Chalker gym teacher Jim Wolke.

There were basket raffles, 50/50 tickets and concessions to raise money for Ollie's medical expenses.

"It means the world," said Ollie's mother Rebecca King.

"In the most trying times of our lives, to have love, support and empathy from people we don't even know, you know it really has kept us going and made us feel like we have the support to keep going," King added.

There's a GoFundMe page set up for Ollie for anyone else who would like to donate to the family.
