A 55-year-old Youngstown man has been indicted on charges of arson and aggravated arson stemming from a garage fire in February in Warren.

Richard Cappella was arrested on February 9 after firefighters say he was caught practically red-handed setting fire to a garage in Warren.
Fire crews were called out at 6 a.m. Friday when flames were reported inside a detached garage on the 3300 block of Tanya Avenue NW.
Witnesses say they saw who set the fire and police say they caught 55-year-old Richard Cappella as he was running away from the fire scene.
The fire destroyed the garage and damaged the home nearby.
The state fire marshal investigated the fire, and Cappella was charged.
