Assault at Liberty behavioral health facility leaves one man with broken ribs, lacerated liver
Police arrested a 20-year-old man and charged him with felonious assault after the man told police he "got into a fight with the guy who touched me."

Liberty police were called to to behavioral health facility on Colonial Drive in the township on Saturday after after a patient at the facility allegedly attacked another patient.
According to the police report, one person was transported from the Colonial Drive facility after the attack for treatment for broken ribs, a lacerated liver, a laceration to the back of the head, several contusions, as well as a possible concussion.
Police arrested a 20-year-old man and charged him with felonious assault after the man told police he "got into a fight with the guy who touched me."
When asked if he struck the other patient with a chair, he stopped speaking with officers, according to the report.
