BOARDMAN TWP., Ohio - A long-time valley business,  Schwebel is holding a hiring event on Tuesday.

The baking company will hold the interviews at the Holiday Inn Boardman, 7410 South Ave., on March 5, 2024, from 10 a.m. through 4 p.m.

According to a post on the baking company’s Facebook page, full-time manufacturing employees start at $15.25 per hour with the future opportunity to make up to $21 per hour.

Part-time employees start at $19.00.

Employees must be available to work any day, any shift. In general, shifts start at either 4 a.m. or 6 a.m.; Noon or 2 p.m.; and 8 p.m. or 10 p.m.

All shifts are at least 8 hours with the potential for overtime.

During the busy season, from April through September employees will work overtime.
