A Southington man will spend time behind bars for making threats that shut down some libraries in Trumbull County in December.

Nathan Furlong has plead guilty to an amended indictment of making terroristic threats.

Police believe Furlong was the person who phoned in a threat on December 12, resulting in the shutdown of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library system and some branches for two days. The bookmobile service was also halted due to the threat.

He will be sentenced at a later date.
