Motorists in Pennsylvania will see traffic shifts beginning today on Route 322.

A $1.4 million resurfacing project is underway on more than a mile of the road in French Creek Township in Mercer County.

Work will including removing and repaving 1.15 miles of road from Crawford County near County Line Road in Wayne Township to Venango County near Fish Road in Canal Township.

Additionally, crews will work on shoulder repair, drainage updates and installing a new guiderail and pavement markings.

Construction is expected to finish in August, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Lane restrictions will be in place with traffic controlled flaggers during this time.
