Voluntary recall issued for eyewash station cartridges

Honeywell Safety Products issued a voluntary recall for Fendall 2000 Non-Sterile Eyewash Cartridges for the Fendall Eyewash Station.
The recall is being recalled at the industrial consumer level. Honeywell's supplier has been found to be non-compliant with current good manufacturing practice requirements.
Use of or expose to the eyewash without seeking medical attention afterwards could cause a range of eye infections. People who are immunocompromised and people who currently have eye injuries are at a greater risk.
As of right now, Honeywell Safety Products has not received any reports of injury related to the recall. Only the Fendall 2000 refill cartridges are being recalled, no other eyewash products.
Honeywell Safety Products USA, Inc. is notifying its distributors and customers by email, telephone or certified mail and is requesting anyone with product in its inventory to destroy or dispose of all units subject to the recall.
