After nearly an hour-long standoff officials have safely taken in someone dealing with a mental health crisis at a Circle K gas station on State Route 5 in Cortland.

Authorities from from Bazetta, Cortland, Ohio State Highway Patrol and Trumbull County Sheriffs first responded to reports of someone that holed themselves up in the gas station around 9:55 a.m., according to Trumbull County Dispatch.
