Crash snarls I-680 traffic in Youngstown

A traffic accident slowed the Tuesday morning commute along Interstate 680 in Youngstown.

YOUNGSTOWN - A traffic accident slowed the Tuesday morning commute along Interstate 680 in Youngstown.

The SUV crash occurred just before 8 a.m. along the northbound lanes of 680 just before the Hubbard exit.

The Ohio Department of Transportation said drivers experienced lane closures beyond the Route 62/SR 7/South Avenue interchange.

A rescue squad was on the scene. 21 News is working to find out if anyone was injured.
