WARREN, Ohio - An attorney has filed a plea of "not guilty by reason of insanity" on behalf of a 22-year-old Middlefield man secretly indicted for alleged sex crimes against 4 children.

Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge Andrew Logan set bond at $250,000 for Michael Miller, who was arrested Friday on three counts of rape and six counts of gross sexual imposition.

Investigators say the alleged victims range in age from three to seven.

A competency hearing for Miller is set for June 11.
