Two people were hospitalized after an off-road vehicle crash in Niles.

Dispatchers were told that two females were thrown from an all-terrain vehicle Sunday afternoon while riding on property that is popular with off-road vehicles known as Honda Hills.

The victims were brought out of the woods to the 800 block of Summit Avenue and taken to a hospital.

A report identifies the victims as 44-year-old Idalie Roig, and 27-year-old Katia Ramos, both of Ashtabula.

One of the victims complained of fractures, while the other said she had a back injury. The police report described the injuries as "traumatic."
