Howland Township holding second Food Truck Friday event this weekend
HOWLAND TWP., Ohio - Howland Township is hosting the second of four Food Truck Friday events this weekend.
The food truck event at the Richard E. Orwig Park in Howland Township will take place Friday, July 19, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will be held rain or shine.
The Howland Food Truck Friday series, a program of the Howland Township Trustees, takes place on the third Friday of the month June through September.
Several local food trucks will offer eventgoers a selection of street food from The Alternative, Majevics, Mijavec's Smokehouse, TortA'mo, Pick Me Up Coffee Co., Curbys Custard, and Holy-Y-Cow Donut. Rick's Remedy will be performing live music.
Howland Township encourages attendees to bring lawn chairs to the park.
The third Food Truck Friday will take place Friday, August 16. The September 20 event will be held at the Medici Museum of Art instead of Richard E. Orwig Park.
