One person was killed in a house fire in Niles early Saturday morning. 

Neighbors on Trumbull Drive reported flames coming from the home around 1:30 a.m. 

When firefighters arrived on scene, the house was fully engulfed in flames. It took crews about an hour to get the fire under control. 

Firefighters said that one person was killed in the fire. 

The State Fire Marshal is currently investigating.
