The Youngstown State men's basketball team picked up a big win over Purdue Fort Wayne Wednesday night, 93-71.
The Penguins took a 42-40 lead into halftime, but outscored the Mastodons by 20 in the second half.
YSU shot 50% from the field and got 32 points from their bench.
Nico Galette led the way with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Juwan Maxey added 17. Jason Nelson had 14, while Cris Carroll posted 12.
YSU splits the regular-season series against Purdue Fort Wayne after losing 90-81 on the road on January 4.
The Penguins improve to 17-10 overall, 11-5 in Horizon League.
They play at first-place Cleveland State Sunday at 2 p.m. in a game that will be televised on ESPNU.
