They Youngstown State men's basketball team made it four-straight in a 68-60 win over Cleveland Sate, on National TV Sunday afternoon.

The Penguins led 30-27 at halftime. In the second YSU jumped out to a 13 point lead, before Cleveland State battled back and made it two point game with less than four minutes to play. 

YSU held the Vikings to no points in the final three minutes as the Penguins went on to secure the win. The Youngstown defense held Cleveland State to 15% from three and 35% from the field.

This was Youngstown State first win in the Wolstein Center since 2018. 

YSU had five players score in double figures. Nico Galette scored a team-high 19 points. 

The Penguins moved to 12-5 in the Horizon League and 18-10 overall. They sit just a half game back of first place with three games left in the regular season. 

YSU will return home to host Milwaukee at 6:30 pm on Friday, February 21.
