Poland Township Fire Department called for mutual aid for a brush fire in the 1600 block of E. Western Reserve Road.

According to the call for help, approximately one acre was on fire, and spreading to the nearby woods.

21 News is working to get more information on the fire near Fodor Tree Farm, temporarily closing the road Tuesday afternoon. The road has since reopened.

Boardman and Canfield were assisting in fighting the fire.
