Super bowl stuff
Make normal wing sauces amazing & homemade bleu cheese dressing dip.
Buffalo Sauce
3- C FRANKS RED HOT
1/4# BUTTER PEPPER
2T Cajun spice
2T chopped garlic
1/2T cayenne pepper
5- dashes Tabasco
4T cholula hot sauce
Mix all together and bring to a boil. It makes a great tasting hot sauce.
BBQ SAUCE
3 c. Open pit regular BBQ sauce
1T oregano
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2T brown sugar
1T red pepper seeds
Black pepper
Mix all together and bring to boil. Spicy yet sweet. Awesome!
Parmesan garlic sauce
2# butter melted
1T olive oil
1/4 c Romano cheese grated
1t red pepper seeds
2T chopped garlic
1T chopped parseley.
Melt butter. Add garlic and lightly brown. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients.
Homemade bleu cheese dressing/dip
6T olive oil
6T sour cream real
2- chopped garlic cloves
3T sherry wine vinegar
Dash worcestershire
1/2 C crumbled bleu cheese ( don't be cheap)
Salt
Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except bleu cheese. Slowly mix thru bleu cheese trying not to break up big chunks. Will hold in fridge for 5+ days. Makes 1 cup.
