The Trumbull County  Grand Jury will consider the case of five Columbus men who were arrested on the Ohio Turnpike in Braceville last week.

 Following a hearing in Newton Falls Municipal Court on Thursday, $25,000 bonds were continued for Said Abu, Jibril Abdiselam, 24, Mohammeddeq Hassan, 27, Mohamed  Mahamoud, 26, Zakaria Warsame, 25.

Troopers initially pulled their car over for an improper lane change.

After searching the car, police say they found a baggie of marijuana, gift cards, credit cards and an electronic device used to scan credit card magnetic stripes.

All five men are charged with six counts of possessing criminal tools.

Abu has also been charged with identity theft, criminal simulation and possessing marijuana. Both Hassan and Mohameb are charged with identity theft. Abdiselam has been charged with identity theft and criminal simulation.

The men are all U.S. citizens of Somalian heritage.
