The Canfield Fairgrounds is hosting a show for our four-legged friends beginning Thursday. CANFIELD, Ohio - The Canfield Fairgrounds is hosting a show for our four-legged friends beginning Thursday.
To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Steel Valley Cluster is putting on four AKC All-Breed Dog Shows every day through Sunday.
The four participating in the shows include, the Mahoning-Shenango Kennel Club, Beaver County Kennel Club, Columbiana County Kennel Club and Ft. Stueben Kennel Association.
The NADD Dock Diving will also be going on for the second straight year from 9 am to 4 pm each day. The diving is opened to all dogs that can swim. The cost is $15.
Aside from the shows, the event will also include nearly 40 vendors selling dog food, equipment, dog art, crafts and other items. The event will also feature a health fair on Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm.
Each day will also have a theme. Thursday's theme is favorite dog t-shirt. Friday is silver clothing. Saturday guests are welcomed to wear their favorite sports team clothing and Sunday is 70's themed.
Admission to attend the shows is $5 per vehicle.
Judging will begin at 8 am everyday and Best in Show judging will wrap up by 6 pm.
