WARREN, Ohio - A Niles woman convicted of dealing heroin and burglary has to be on her best behavior for the next five years if she wants to stay out of jail.

Thirty-one-year-old Kristen Toth was sentenced to five years probation at a hearing in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court on Thursday.

Toth pleaded guilty earlier to one count of heroin trafficking and one count of burglary. Two other counts of heroin trafficking were dismissed by the court.

She was arrested in August when the Niles Police Drug and Street Crime units, along with the TAG Law Enforcement Task Force searched a home at 135 Helen Avenue.

After getting complaints from neighbors, undercover agents say they bought heroin at the home.

The search turned up heroin that investigators say was already packaged for sale.
