A Mercer, Pennsylvania man is in jail, accused of sexually assaulting a ten-year-old boy.

State Police arrested 31-year-old Drew Ries on Wednesday on charges of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, and corruption of minors.

According to police, the alleged assault occurred between the beginning of January and the end of March on Creek Road in Worth Township.

Ries is in the Mercer County jail awaiting arraignment before a district judge.
