Maple Walnut Salmon

1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

1 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. chipotle powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

3 Tbsp. maple syrup

1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

4 salmon fillets

In a small bowl, combine walnuts, paprika, chipotle powder, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, syrup, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce.

 Place salmon on a plate and top with walnut mixture. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

Preheat oven to 425°.

Place salmon on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer to oven and cook about 7 to 10 minutes.
