Sharon police are looking for two people accused of hiding the body of a man who overdosed in a home last month.

Thirty-two-year-old James Clarke and 24-year-old Samantha Gregory are wanted on charges of abuse of a corpse and tampering with or fabricating evidence.

Police say the case involves the discovery of the body of Dwayne Jordan in a vacant home at 1098 Baldwin Avenue.

According to a criminal complaint, police believe Jordan overdosed on heroin that Clarke sold to him on September 22.

Investigators say Clarke and Gregory moved Jordan's body into the basement of the vacant home, covering it with a blanket to conceal the alleged drug sale.

Police say text messages about the incident led them to charge Clarke and Gregory.

Clarke is described as a black male, 32-years-old, 6 ft. 1 in. tall, 190 lbs. Gregory is a 24-year-old black female, 5 ft. 5 in. tall, 115 lbs.

Cheif Stabile says no one other than members of law enforcement should approach or attempt to apprehend Clarke or Gregory.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the suspects is asked to contact Sharon Police at 724-983-3210 or the Mercer County 911 Center at 724-662-6110.
