Bowden wins Paul Hornung Award for Most Versatile Player
Bowden, who declared for the NFL Draft earlier this week will play his final game for Kentucky in the Belk Bowl, December 31 against Virginia Tech.

Valley product Lynn Bowden has won the Paul Hornung Award, which goes to the most versatile player in the FBS.
Bowden, who played at Liberty and Warren Harding High Schools, started the season for Kentucky at wide receiver, was moved to quarterback following injuries.
He rushed for at least 100 yards in six of his seven starts while at quarterback. On the season, he ran for more than 12 hundred yards and 11 touchdowns.
He set school records for single-season and career rushing yards as a quarterback.
