Austintown’s Wedgewood Pizza closes dining area, asks for patience

AUSTINTOWN TWP., Ohio - Joining restaurants around Ohio, Austintown’s popular Wedgewood Pizza announced on Sunday that it had closed its dining area as requested by Governor Mike Dewine.
A Facebook post from owners Fernando, Filomena, and Adelina Riccioni says the restaurant remains open for carry-out only.
To our most beloved and loyal customers, these are trying times we hope and pray that all is well with you and your families. We will do our best to serve you through this situation be advised that our dining room will be closed as per the governor's request. We are open for carryout only and we ask that you bear with us as we try and manage the situation at hand.
The post goes on to ask customers to be patient since they can only process so many orders at a time without causing a backlog.
