The Pennsylvania Department of Health reported another 6,759 new coronavirus cases Wednesday.

There are now 327,829 total cases across the Keystone State.

This comes as nearly 4,000 people are hospitalized throughout the state.

Of that number, 826 patients are in the intensive care unit with COVID-19.

The trend in the 14-day moving average of number of hospitalized patients per day has increased by nearly 2,300 since the end of September.

As for deaths, 144 more people have died.

This makes a total of 10,095 deaths attributed to COVID-19.

Tuesday, Governor Tom Wolf signed a third renewal of his 90-day Proclamation of Disaster Emergency for the pandemic.

The emergency disaster declaration provides for increased support to state agencies involved in the continued response to the virus and recovery for the state during reopening.

This includes expediting supply procurement and lifting certain regulations to allow for efficient and effective mitigation.

Other efforts to curb the spread of the virus in the state include no alcohol sales starting at 5 p.m. Thanksgiving Eve.

A stay-at-home advisory has also been expanded statewide.
