Electronic waste collected Saturday at Canfield Fairgrounds

CANFIELD, Ohio - If you have electronic items that shouldn’t end up in a landfill, there’s an opportunity on Saturday to safely dispose of them.
The Mahoning County Green Team has scheduled a drive-through Household Electronic Waste Collection at the Canfield Fairgrounds on Saturday, June 12, 2021, from 9 a.m. through 2 p.m.
To alleviate heavy traffic issues, the recycling event is for households only. No businesses are being permitted.
In addition, participants are being asked to observe the following collection times:

- A-F 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
- G-N 10:30 AM -12:00 PM
- O-Z 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

- Cell Phones
- Copiers
- Cordless Phones
- Computer Accessories
- *CRT Monitors
- *CRT Televisions
- Desktop Computers
- DVD/VCR Players
- Fax Machines
- *Flat Panel Monitors
- Laptop Computers
- *LCD/LED Televisions
- Microwaves
- Misc Electronics
- Network Equipment
- *Plasma Televisions
- Printers/Scanners
- Servers
- Stereos
- Tablets
While any of the above electronic waste will be accepted free of charge, all monitors and televisions will have a $20 processing fee.*
Floor model copiers will not be accepted.
