Son says body of former Warren woman found during condo search

Calling it "one of the hardest days of our lives" the son of a former Warren woman says family members have been informed that the body of his mother has been recovered in the rubble of the Champlain Towers South Condo in Florida.
Dr. Josh Spiegel posted a Facebook message on behalf of family members saying that the Miami Dade Police Department reported that their mom, Judy Spiegel, was recovered on Friday, July 9, 2021.
"While this was the absolute worst news in the world, we are happy that we have been reunited. We thank the all the first responders, including the IDF team, for all their hard work," according to the post. "The intense rollercoaster of emotions that we have experienced over the past 18 days has been indescribable."
Josh Spiegel told the Cleveland Jewish News that his mother, Judy Spiegel, 65, lived in Warren with her husband Kevin when he was an executive at Trumbull Memorial Hospital for four-and-a-half years.
According to his LinkedIn account, Keven Spiegel served as Forum Health’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in Warren from 2003 until 2007 when he became Trumbull Memorial’s President and COO until 2008.
