One man is under arrest following a police chase through a public park in Campbell.

Hector Luciano, 29, was booked into the Mahoning County jail early Monday on a charge of failure to comply with the order of a police officer.

Police say Luciano was driving one of two ATVs told to leave the scene of a domestic violence investigation on Kendall Avenue Sunday evening.

According to police the ATV's sped away, with one of them doing a wheelie.

Since the ATV's did not have license plates and the riders weren't wearing helmets, police gave chase.

The chase led police along Almasy drive until the two ATV's split up with an officer pursuing one of the vehicles along Picadilly Street into Roosevelt Park.

That's where the ATV crashed, throwing the driver to the ground.

A video shot by a witness shows the  ATV driver standing up with his hands in the air before getting to the ground face first, surrendering to the police.

Police say the ATV went through two red traffic lights during the chase.

Luciano received treatment for a lip injury before he was jailed.
